If the problems are like bubbles in the hot water, your life is hot water. You can not remove problems from your lives. So don't try to remove problems instead accept it. Because Happiness lies at the end of every problem. Face it and solve it and get a reward. So more you get problems, more you get happiness.

Yes, you can. Once you practiced more problems and you get a high level of maturity. Here you will not expect anything from the world and you will not see anything as a problem. This will transform you feeling happy permanent.

The habit of the Happiest Person

The person doing anything that is always from his heart who will not be sad any time. He will not take the decision from his mind rather than taking the decision from his heart. The person does not have fear about the future and always live in the moment who is more happier than others. He will always smile and breath.

Eat Well

Eat healthy and tasty foods. Put the food into your mouth and close your eyes and then taste the food until it melts. Swallow melted foods and go for the second round. This will make you healthy and satisfy with food.

Sleep Well

Sleep while sleep. Don't force yourself to avoid sleeping as well as don't force yourself to sleep. Stay away from electronic devices such as mobiles, laptops when you are ready to sleep. Talk something with someone who is lovable for you just before sleep.

Never Expect

It is a habit of expecting nothing from anyone. If you are not expecting and doing your duty, someone trying to give you credit automatically. This is the universal law.

Choose the right people

Without any expectation, make relationships with the right people. So you will not anything from anyone, even problems. Always avoid the peoples who are spreading negativity and having wrong thoughts.

Keep Practice Good Things to be happy

If you find the good thing yourself, keep practicing. Makes its habits.

Avoid Follow others

Don't follow anyone as it makes you unhappy 100%.

Get out of the usual circle often

Take the break from daily routine and get out of the usual location often. Go to the unplanned trips sometimes. No need to tell anyone about your trip, as it is an unplanned one. You will get the mind refresh from usual routine work.

Lock your Mobiles and stay calm

This means, put your mobile inside a locker and lock it. Get away from mobiles at least one day.

Deactivate Social Account sometimes

Deactivate your accounts for at least one week once in 6 months and activate later. This will stimulate your thoughts.

Save Memories

Save your life memories often. It will give a good feeling when you replay it in your mind. Memories could be childhood activities, friends, tours, trips, schooling, collage cultural, etc.

Think about lifetime goals

Think about your life goals. It may not be earning money or starting a business. It could be going to some places, meet someone, growing a mini forest, climbing a mountain with friends.

Riding Bicycle long way

If you have a Bicycle, go on a long trip at weekends or once in a month. It is applicable only if you are interested.

Play Outdoor Games

Play an outdoor game regularly. This will make you feel fresh. Don't think negatively about spending time playing games. It is required to get the break from daily activity. Somebody would like to play games on the computer. Of course, this is not a bad thing until it controls you.

Avoid the Trends

Be as unique as your own style instead of following trends. Your money and energy will be saved. The trendy things always drag you to the distraction mindset and put you in an unsatisfied state later time.

Give your best

Do your work, play games, help others with your best effort. This will give you satisfaction. This is the three key to make you satisfy.

Work for you

Everyone working to earn money and spending it to live happily. But you may not happy while working. So it is needed to add your own activity into the daily schedule. So it will not save you feeling regret at the later part of life.

Learn to say No

Most of the time, We accept some challenges, even if it beyond our limit. What if we fail. It makes us unhappy sure. So avoiding these kinds of is always better for us as well as others also. The same will go to another person who can do it.

Appreciate others and find joy

Make the habit of appreciating others who are done the job that you can not. Be the first person to appreciate always. This will not make you jealous and gives credit back to you soon later. Find your joy from other's achievements.

Give Reward yourself

When you have done something that could be a failure or success. Keep one thing in your mind that the ratio of success and failure is 10:90. So if you are making a failure that is the way to success. Take the failure as the stepping stone to the success. But identifying good failure is more important. It will give you the best rewards. Always give yourself some rewards to be refresh.
